well i think for it to work we would have make some rules about it, i dunno, just thought it could add a layer of realism to it all..
i'm just saying that this rarely happend during the war (talks during the encirclement of german forces at the eastern front, some near the end of the war, etc.) and how should that work ingame? A brief time of armistice to treat the wounded?
what happend often was the surrender of soldiers who turned into the status of prisoners of war (this can be shown with a animation which raises both arms)
With that white flagg is nonsense. I understand that idea and like it somehow but for my understanding its nonsense to put it in this kind of game. In addition I think there are many other things that are more important like this white flagg thing.
In my old Community we had a feature in our FH minimod that the more injured u are the screen become darker and darker, then u could call a medic and u are enlighted again
But during public it´s not an advantage i think. Better for using medikits would be a detailed rank system where aktions like that are honored with score. Gameserver admin on our FHSW Europ server

I want to make a suggestion now. I had the idea on charlie sector after I get killed a few times by nasty PUM with his sniper .
FHSW devs, please take a look if its possible to develop a rabbit-ear telescope (in german: Scherenfernrohr) how it makes possible to take a look above covering struktures without being seen by the enemy. It could be developes like the MG deploying with the aditional option to drive it up and down with the arrow types or "w" and "s" types and turnable by "a" and "d" or something like that.
The other thing is to reduce the turning speed of the stationary binocular and perhaps its possible to implement a 2 step zooming funktion?
And still another suggestion in the binocular topic: The amazing periscope position in the Jagdtiger, I ask for a slightly decrease of the rotating speed and if historical correct a 2 step zoom funktion.

fhtmod has the same thing (just that it's dark with red), called wounded vision:

HMS Ark Royal is eduiped with two Swordfish Torpedo Bombers, one Swordfish Torpedo Rocket Bomber and one Swordfish Depth Charge Bomber. They standing all in group with the Depth Bomber on the back. I have test this and what i show here, its possible. The Swordfish can take of on a short carrier. When you start from the position where they spawn, you already in the air before you reach the command tower. So, is it possible (maybe Mr J you can set this in server???) to set the bombers like here below? The red is current place, bleu is new place. There are Flak guns on deck, but you can easy start from that flak and get easy in the air with it.
Also a switchable key for the Torpedo Rocket bomber could be nice, so you not fire Torpedo and Rockets together.
There are Battleships, like here the Ark Royal, with rescue crafts. Like the PT Boats, they could be set that they floot after the ships sunk and no Landing Crafts anymore. Let them destroy when the ship sunk.
I think they should add more switchable planes to carriers like they have on one of the japanese carriers ( sit in position 6 and u can choose between fighter and torpedo/divebomber)

I disagree, I think it would greatly enhance public gameplay in combination with camera restriction (the 3rd Person soldier camera is bugged anyway)

Unfortunately i couldn't make it work with mapmodification so it has to be either included in FHSW or we switch to a Minimod (for Tournament)
I´m not shure if it works on public because of the lack of score system . I think a lot of people don´t do logistic jobs in FHSW because of that. Whole time I played only one time it happens that someone healed my as Sanitaeter. I hardly miss a score system like FH² it has! And I´m really looking forward if stefan make the new system work!!!

It's very easy to turn some modifications into a mod-mod of FHSW but this tournament now runs normal FHSW which lacks a regular medic class. Maybe for the next tournament
I just realized lately that FHSW is missing some very signifigant Anti-Tank weapons... The german Pak 43 8.8 cm Anti-Tank gun... The British 17 Pounder AT gun...

it seems that this model was created by FinnWars team, which FHT simply borrowed, and there were some copyright issues, so FHSWman rejected to use it in FHSW.
