| I have some ideas that I don't think have been done yet. At least I don't see them in the list above. My first one is "Changing the Course" which takes any battles/last ditch efforts which would've been the most decisive in changing the course of the war if they were a victory or defeat. So heres that:
- Battle of Stalingrad
- Midway - 1942
- El Alamein
- Battle of Leyte Gulf
- Battle of the Bulge
I used the objective version of Midway since the other one is used so frequently, but either will suffice. There are also quite a few other options that can be used instead such as Battle of Britain or any of the D-Day maps, probably Omaha.
That brings me to my second idea, "Face to Face." The name says it all, just take the smallest maps which are usually played with less than 20 people and put them into an event. I don't really think you can ever have too many people in FHSW, so it sounds fun to me. - Pegasus
- Stalingrad Redsquare
- Battle of Edson's Ridge
- The Forgotten Jungle
- Kiew
The last one can probably be better, but once the Axis capture that first objective, the map gets quite confrontational. And that map isn't played.

| I am for the small map event idea taz has, it will be interesting to see how these maps play with about 30 people(event average?).

| Guys, we need events!
My idea:

| It seems that nobody is interested in events lately. That is very bad because we need events to keep the mod alive.

| 2 day event feels not so attractive to me atm. Even Prokhorovka is no "soviet invasion" map least, nevertheless one of my favorite maps
So if noone do a feedback just decide for yourself Marduk?! Hope anyone will create a flyer.

| I just came up with a great idea! How about in November, we host a two day Battlefield 1918 event in honor of Armistice/Veteran's day on the 7th and 8th? We can start figuring out what maps we should play in advance.

| I completely agree, this wouldn't be the first time this has been suggested (last year for the 100th anniversary of starting of WWI). But unfortunately, some people in the community weren't very supportive of it.
