| I have made good experiences with single track links when I stuck them on the wheels like this: 1. stick as many track links together that it is enough to cover the bottom and the top parts of the wheels. Now paint them. When you finished you got four stiff chain parts you can easily fix to the wheels. 2. Paint the remaining track links while they are still in the frame. Around the traction wheels and the guide wheels you need to stick the track links piece for piece. Renew the painting afterwards if neccessary.

| Well what i was thinking was buy the Hetzer Metal tracks and make it ready before fix on it. Paint the parts and bring the complete kit together. I was thinking to paint the tracks in black steek, rust. But with sandpaper i should remove a little bit paint of so you can see the metal color. Then with dust over the tracks. That was the plan. Until today! Fruitmodel made and sell metal tracks. What i just found are those: Metal Tracks for 1/35 German 12.8cm PAK44 / Waffentrager Krupp 1 (270 links) by Fruitmodel! Great!
Question, what you use for the corners for that metal effect?
