| Everybody can post event ideas in this thread.
Our idea of events is to play maps that cover a certain battle or theatre or that are in some kind similar, like the art of warfare (infantry, tanks, navel, etc.).
The event maplist is in correct historical order.

| We keep the last for our traditional Battle of the Bulge event around x-mas!
Basically we can already decide when to play it. We have two good dates:
the 16th (starting day of the German attack) and
the 23rd (one day before X-mas and probably a good date too).
What do you think?
We could set them all up this way:
Russian Blizzard: 09 December
Bridge Battles: 16 December
Battle of the Bulge: 23 December

I think this map is kind of broken as it randomly crashes some clients. Is it even in the rotation ?
I suggest to not do events with more than 4 maps. If there is a theme, that makes people play very similiar maps, they might grow tired of it after the 4th one.

| @Xenanab: yes, they might grow tired. But also on events with five maps there are always at least one or two that are over relatively fast. In the next event those are Earned in Blood and The Storm.

Never experienced any problemes on that map. If its commonly known for that I donßt know about, any other comments are welcome.
It´s quite huge infantry can defend the strongpoints in a good chance. I think it´s a good map for a great battle campaign.

| @Robert: Korsun Pocket caused constant disconnections for many players. Those players would join and got disconnected after a few mins, over and over again. It was a big pain in the ass and we have not been able to fix that problem. So the map was removed from the mapcircle quite a while ago - unfortunately for all the players who could play it well, as me and you obviously.

I've been disconnected by it on several occasions, even on another fhsw server, the Japanese server. so I remember once had to get it thrown for 20m with no problem but after I was disconnected!
